How come the bible says absolutely nothing about dinosaurs, descent with modification, natural selection, laws of thermodynamics, the sun is the center of our solar system…etc
Why is it that fossils of ancient prehistoric marine animals have been found preserved at high elevations above sea level for from seas and oceans. The bible is Gods word right? So how come he does not answer this question. The bible is without error right?
@BOB- Who exactly told you this. Because I know that the bible does not say anything about dinosaurs. So where did you get this information from?
@Seeker of Jahova- "the Eath is constantly rising because of volcanoes" This takes thousands upon millions of years for a volcanoes lava to harden and form land, then it takes even longer for trees to make their way to the islands. First bryophytes, lichens, mosses grow on the hardened lava rock beause their spores are on almost everything so they would be the first plants on the land. Then more complex plants would come along most likely carries by ocean currents. You should freshen up on your botany and biology before tying this junk. The Earth does not rise as a whole. But it changes, tectonicplates converging and diverging and such. An Earthquake is a shift in the tectonic plates, a small shift, usually a few centimeters per year. So it would take alot more time that 6,000 years for marine animals to be found high atop mountains. Evolution has more proof than anyone has of Gods existence. Just look it up I could argue with your answer all day and make you look like an idiot.

(They don’t know that there are Gospels according to Phillip, Thomas, and Mary, and have never heard of the Acts of Peter and Thecla. Mysteries all of them to these folks. As well, they really believe that the canonized gospels were actually written by Mark, Matthew, Luke, and John. They really, and truly believe that. And though their ministers all know differently, those ministers don’t wish to rattle anyone’s cage with critical-historical things about the Bible.

Secondly, if you read Genesis at all, you will see that the oceans were first, then separated by land. It does also refer to natural selection as to every kind to it’s own kind. God also didn’t answer every question so we would seek the answers ourselves and inevitably come to know Him.

While the radioactive dating method is innovative, it is still based on speculation and assumption. In contrast, the Bible account in the first chapter of Genesis simply states the general order of creation. It allows for possibly thousands of millions of years for the formation of the earth and many millenniums in six creative eras, or “days,” to prepare the earth for human habitation.
Some dinosaurs (and pterosaurs) may indeed have been created in the fifth era listed in Genesis, when the Bible says that God made “flying creatures” and “great sea monsters.” Perhaps other types of dinosaurs were created in the sixth epoch. The vast array of dinosaurs with their huge appetites would have been appropriate considering the abundant vegetation that evidently existed in their time.—Genesis 1:20-24.
When the dinosaurs had fulfilled their purpose, God ended their life. But the Bible is silent on how he did that or when. One possible theory is when the flood happened.We can be sure that dinosaurs were created by Jehovah for a purpose, even if we do not fully understand that purpose at this time. They were no mistake, no product of evolution. That they suddenly appear in the fossil record unconnected to any fossil ancestors, and also disappear without leaving connecting fossil links, is evidence against the view that such animals gradually evolved over millions of years of time. Thus, the fossil record does not support the evolution theory. Instead, it harmonizes with the Bible’s view of creative acts of God.
The Floodwaters. It has been said that if all the moisture in the atmosphere were suddenly released as rain it would not amount to even a couple of inches if spread over the earth’s surface. So from what source was this vast deluge of Noah’s day? According to the Genesis account, God said to Noah: “Here I [Jehovah] am bringing the deluge [or, “heavenly ocean”; Heb., mab·bul′] of waters upon the earth.” (Ge 6:17, ftn) Describing what happened, the next chapter says: “All the springs of the vast watery deep were broken open and the floodgates of the heavens were opened.” (Ge 7:11) So overwhelming was the Deluge that “all the tall mountains that were under the whole heavens came to be covered.”—Ge 7:19.

ancient marine fossils found at hight elevation actually proves the Bible because when God flooded the earth not a spec of land existed for fourty days and fourty nights so that would give marine life the opertunity to climb mount Everest if it felt so inclined. The Bible speaks of Behemoths/Brachiosaurus which are those huge plant eating dinosaurs who have a long neck in Job 40:15-24. It speaks of dragons in Malachi 1:3 and in Jerimiah 14:6 and in Psalm 91:13 and in Isaiah 43:20. If you think dragons were just a fairytale then look up the bombadier. Also the Bible was translated from Hebrew (Old Testament) and Greek (New Testasment) and some Ideas, like the Ideas of a dinosaur did not exist it was just another animal and not a dinosaur. However the Bible is just as relative as it was back when it was written as it is today. And as far as the law of thermodynamics you could say it didn’t even exist until man defined it God and others use fire all the time in the Bible. The word dinosaur wasn’t used till mid 1800′s. There were the behemoth , dragons, leviathan , that referred to types of dinosaurs in the bible, The fossils on top of high mountains were caused by the flood of Noah when God made the mountains rise to lower the flood waters..
