What liquid preserves apples from turning brown the longest – lime or lemon juice?

This is for a science project.

If it’s for a project, why not do the science yourself. I know that lemon juice stops browning, but not sure about lime.

    It would probably be lemon, as this is often used for its better anti-oxidising effects, but you could always give it a go and find out which would be best!
