		<description>You could always make your own healthy sugar free jam by purchasing dried apricots (sulfite free) and just cook them up with some water until you get a stiff paste.  We thin it down for pancakes or use it as a delicious spread.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

mash the bananas in a small plate mix in the honey and spread it on top of you&#039;re peanut butter.
