Radical Trachelectomy Preserves Possibility of Pregnancy

David Kushner, MD, of the UW Carbone Cancer Center, performs a procedure called radical trachelectomy to address cervical cancer. The procedure is similar to a radical hysterectomy except the uterus is left intact, allowing for the possibility of pregnancy for the patient.
