How to make an apple pie with apple preserves?

My brother made some apple preserves and sent me 4 jars. I’ve only got 3 left and I wanted to try to make an apple pie with them. Does anyone have any good recipes? Don’t include ones that need evaporated milk, condensed milk, or nutmeg, because I don’t have any of that and I’m not wasting my milk to make homemade evaporated milk.

If it’s thick enough and enough of it spice it up with brown sugar and cinnamon with raisins and put it in a pie crust. mix it with some pie filling if not enough to fill a pie pan.
