    i can tell you that i wouldn’t recommend it. splenda is actually as bad, if not worse for you than aspartame is. it contains chlorine molecules & sucralose & is a chemical compound, not a natural sugar. splenda is carcinogenic. if you were going to use an “artificial” sweetener, i would recommend going with a NATURAL one, like agave nectar or stevia. agave is low glycemic (doesn’t contain a lot of glucose) & is sweeter than sugar, so you don’t have to use as much. see wikipedia & splendaexposed
