NC State had executed a terrific comeback against a really good Pittsburgh football team. NCSU trailed by 2 touchdowns, but came back in the 4th quarter to lead by a touchdown. All they had to do was keep moving the sticks. They were doing a good job of that until disaster struck. In spite of giving the football away on their own 8 yard line the NCSU defense prevented the gain of even a yard in 4 downs. Fantastic finish for the Wolfpack.
