Foil Baked Salmon

http://www.FoodPhysician.com

This is a wonderful healthy eating tip: cooking salmon fillets or salmon steaks by being baked in a parcel of aluminum foil. This foil baked salmon method is often called “En papillote”.

Not only does it preserve all the moisture and wonderful flavor of the wild red Alaskan salmon, but it also ensures you get the full compliment of the omege 3 oils and other minerals, such as selenium and phosphorus.
