Made crepes for breakfast one morning. Decided to record it. Strawberry preserve crepes with whipped cream.

    Next time, put the whipped cream on after folding the crepe. The crepe will be nice and flat that way.

    i’m a vegan and if you follow this and use brown flour, soy milk and no eggs and a margarine like becel, & with a low/med temperature it works just the same! you may need some flipping practise because there eggs arent ther eto hold it together nicely. but its possible… yum yum
