Southern Africa by Air – Sabi Sabi Game Reserve – Part1

Sabi Sabi is a private game reserve in South Africa, situated in the Sabi Sand Reserve which is in the South Western section of the Kruger National Park. This is a conservation area where the Big 5 (lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, elephant) occur naturally. There are safaris in open landrovers during the day and at night, and there are also guided bush walks. Sabi Sabi has four separate lodges, Earth Lodge, Bush Lodge, Selati Lodge and Little Bush Camp. There is a licensed airstrip at Sabi Sabi with scheduled flights from Johannesburg, as of June 2007 the strip has ICAO location indicator FASE. The area is also accessible by car on good national roads from Johannesburg.
