    hi Don, great stuff and thanks for putting this on. To all those watching im the ranger at Thornybush who was driving.

    This is very typical of lions to start eating immediately when the prey is so small and there are so many lions. There is no point trying to kill it by suffocation, by the time its dead the other lions will have finished all the meat… this is a very rare sighting so thank you for capturing this on camera and showing it to others.

    Wow!! The big male on the left side of the video is devouring a large portion of the warthog and the other lions have to be careful not to accidently bite the big ones paws. Then later, he growled and greedily ran off with the warthogs head…
