have you tryed red colored baits/lures? that tends to make anything bite .i didnt get my trout stamp no idea why not so im stuck to attempting crappie and bluegill

yeah i have been fishing the creeck in my backyard and havent cought any yet but i saw some really good looking rainbows about 9 of them but they just werent biteing, i need a fly hatch.lol
