My mom had a special All Time Low phone case made for me for Christmas, and when I met Jack and Alex of All Time Low at a concert yesterday they signed it for me with regular Sharpie. When I got home some of Alex’s had faded and I had to trace over it a little, and now I’ve removed the case for safe keeping. What can I do so that I’ll be able to put the phone case back on and use it every day, but be sure that the signatures are preserved?
You met Jack & Alex?!?!?!?!?…. I’m so freaking jealous!
My science class has to go to a forest preserve tomorrow to collect data of our own group’s choosing. Our group has been undecided as to what data we should collect. Any suggestions/ideas?
If it helps, we’re a senior class, there are invasive species at the forest preserve, and we’re going to two different sites. Also, it doesn’t matter if the data is sophisticated or not.
I would suggest that each of you note everything you can about flora, fauna, terrain, weather, amount of light and water, etc. for each of the sites. If your teacher has mentioned invasive species, note all you can about them. Then compare notes and brainstorm for findings. Good luck!

Gulf of Mexico this year?
BP needs your support but right now they need your dollars more than ever. BP will soon release a statement asking all Drill Baby Drill supporters to vacation on the beautiful oil soaked beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. They ask that you spend your dollars to feed the area’s tourism industry so BP shareholders will not have to pay damages, those people really need their millions and millions of dollars to keep their lavish lifestyles from becoming too bleak.
Yes Drill Baby Drillers, go to the fish market on the Gulf and buy your kids a dead fish with a belly full of oil…let your children play with the dead fish on the oil soaked beaches, oil washes off no biggie!!! Charter a boat and take the family out in the Gulf so the kids can shout with glee at the pretty sheen of oil covering the surface of the water!!!! Try your hand at the latest craze in fishing called "scoop the dead fish off the surface with a net"!!!
Or will you all just avoid the Gulf of Mexico like the plague? God forbid any of you Drill Baby Drillers come face to face with the stark reality of the environmental risks that come along with a blind drive to earn massive monetary profits at the expense of the environment!!
Yes you all certainly should go where the beaches are still pristine and beautiful in order to properly preserve the fantasy world you all live in. Turn those blind eyes away from the devastation and loss of life created by the Industry you fully support…just as you all turned a blind eye to the devastation and loss of life created through your support of pre-emptive war in Iraq.
Cover your eyes, cover your ears and cover your mouth…what say ye?
Won’t be taking a vacation this year because I have to pay more taxes so Obama can give it away to lazy pigs.
Besides, why do you want the US to have to keep buying oil from the Middle East. Why do you want us to remain subjugated by their politics even though they hate us and have worked to kill our people (9/11 anyone?).

Roar is a 1981 film starring Tippi Hedren and Noel Marshall. In addition to starring in the film, Marshall also directed and wrote the film, producing it with entirely with his then-wife, Tippi.
Tippi’s real-life daughter Melanie Griffith plays her on-screen daughter, also named Melanie. Noel’s real-life sons John and Jerry also starred in the film.
On IMDb it’s defined “the most expensive home movie ever made”. The film cost $17 million and made only $2 million worldwide.
Hedren co-wrote the book Cats of Shambala (1985), about her experience of filming Roar.
The making of ROAR spanned a period of more than 5 years. It involved the remarkable talents of a crew of more than 100 dedicated men and women as well as the participation of more than 110 untrained lions, tigers, leopards and cheetahs.
Add to that two elephants, twelve flamingos and eight ostriches… and the end product is nothing less than amazing.
Needless to say, a production of this sort places special demands on both cast and crew. Use the links on this page to learn about this incredible film and about the amazing people who made ROAR possible.
Learn about the extraordinary talents of actress Tippi Hedren, about her Academy Award winning daughter and co-star Melanie Griffith, and about award-winning cinematographer Jan De Bont, whose career in the United States began right here, on the set of ROAR.
Tippi Hedren still takes care of them, along with their offspring and many newcomers, at the Shambala Preserve in Acton, California. Tippi describes Shambala as a meeting place of peace and harmony for all beings, animal and human.
To sustain the high cost of providing a home for these animals, Tippi continues to raise funds through the Roar Foundation.
