This dive video is on El Toro Reef, a pristine location just off-shore from a local preserve area Alll depths range from 30 foot to up to 100 foot during our dive. Visibility was spectacular with a plethora of colored corals both large and small that must be seen to be appreciated. Some of the animal life included: Lion Fish, French Angels, Groupers, Schooling Wrasse, Parrot Fish of every description, Grunts, Yellowtail snappers, Flamingo Tongues, Sergeant Majors, Queen Angel and Gray Angels, Porkfish, Chreole Wrasse, Spiny Lobster, TrumpetFish, a very large Eagleray (10Ft across). Don’t forget the wide varieties of colorful large swaying florescent azure and green sponges plus thousands of unnamed other corals. This beautiful multi colored azure blue water diving has clarity up to 100 Ft visibility.

bought home with tree preserve areas now gone?

I bought my house new and I paid premium for the lot since it was behind tree preservation area. 4 years forward – trees gone and power line will be put in. I was told by HOA that they didn’t need to let us know about it. Can we appeal?

Contact a lawyer. I think you been ripped off. If the reason you paid extra was the area could not be developed, had to remain natural. I think you might be able to sue for partial refund since trees were not diseased but were cut down intentionally. this changes your resale value!

We have a thunderstorm warning, I usually would not be worried about this but the last few days have been crazy here with the weather and all! Tornado’s and storms so bad that trees are flying around and out of the ground…. like twister when the cow floats by…we got trees! My back yard adjoins to a huge nature preserve, so I ve got about 100 possible deadly trees within 50 feet.Yikes

WTF!?!? I JUST CLICKED THIS AND HEARD REALLY BAD THUNDER!!!!

Like canada del oro…some are open space authority, some POST, some the MPOST but no map online of them all, and a good many are not on google maps etc

How to preserve wild flowers and other wild picked plants in water?

I love to go pick flowers and ferns and such from the wild wooded areas. I want to keep them in a vase at home for a few days like any other arrangment. But every time it dies by the next morning…not even lasting a whole 24 hours. How can i keep this from happening???

Some flowers just don’t work well as cut flowers and die quickly (which is why you won’t find them at a flower shop). You can try adding fertilizer to the water (i.e. those packets that come with cut flowers from the store), and cut the stems at an angle so they can soak up more water.
