On the game preserves where you buy the birds and they are set out in a field for you, do they do anything to the birds first before setting them on the ground? I thought the bird handlers did something so that they wouldn’t fly off, just stay tight until they were flushed. The birds in question are chukars.

i was taught a trick with quail that should work with chukars too. kneel down in the spot you want to plant the bird, wrap your entire hand around the birds body and leave his head and neck sticking out the top of your hand. hold the bird firmly and gently and spin it around like you were twirling a cain, or a steelers terrible towel, or like you were twirling a lasso, only in front of you instead of over your head. spin them about 8-10 times and stick them in the cover. do it all in one motion without a pause beween the spinning and the burying in cover.

the guy called it "dizzying" the bird and its worked for me. although i only use this for training dogs and have never tested it past about 45 minutes, but quail will stay put that long anyway

The answer should be you can’t find an answer with that information. If not, its 1090
732-244+402

But there could b deer that weren’t caught so you can’t find the actual number

Hey, we just got a new monopoly set after playing with one that is 20 years old (no exaggeration) and would like to keep them together and stop them from getting dog-eared. We would like to figure this out without having to laminate all of the stuff. Is there a trick or tip that you can be used to otherwise preserve monopoly things without the usage of rubber bands, which can of course bend the middle area?
Sorry if there are any grammatical mistakes in the caption above.
Thanks,

While the game is in storage, put all of the game bits in Ziploc or any other brand of resealable bags. The snack-size bags are good for the Chance and Community Chest cards, houses, hotels, dice, tokens and money. Sandwich-size or quart-size bags will be needed for the Title Deed cards. The resealable bags are an inexpensive and fairly durable method of all kinds of storage issues, and I swear by them. Assuming you play the game occasionally, there should be a standing rule that no one is allowed to fondle or otherwise touch the game pieces any more than is necessary, and everything is handled with care. – LJS

After watching the new ‘Predators’ film i was wondering if any fictitious characters from movies, games or literature would do great there… For those who havent watch the film *minor spoiler* its a game preserve of the worlds killers, people who would pose a challenge to hunt. I can imagine characters like Riddick, Punisher, Rambo all getting along quiet well in their element. Who do you think would be a challenge to the Predators?

Definitely Haruhi Suzumiya, the powerpuff girls (without Buttercup because that would be silly), Jade Chan from Jackie Chan Adventures, a single Gundam with no pilot, Hamtaro, picachu, Hermione Granger daughter Rose after she’s graduated Hogwarts, and the pink power ranger from the first series.

If we were trully omnivores, then how come we have to always have soap with us when we are in the wild eating meat?
SOAP IS USED TO DISINFECT OUR HANDS FROM SALMONELLA

Your question seems to be implying Salmonella is in all meat-it is not. Salmonella is a bacilli found in human and animal feces. It’s in your bowls, and in the bowls of animals. Infection takes place when feces is consumed. Many of "Farm" animals are now infected with Salmonella because they are kept in over-crowded warehouses overflowing with feces. Since they are forced to live in such tight and unsanitary environments they become infected with many illnesses. Salmonella "poisoning" from eating infected meat is actually the result of the toxins that build up in the sick animal who is infected with Salmonella. So, the simple answer is, unlike modern humans, primitive peoples did not eat sick animals covered in sh*t..

Unlike modern humans, humans of the past took great care in the preparation of their food. It wasn’t mass-produced by faceless factory workers, as quickly and cheaply as possible. They choose, whenever possible, the strongest, healthiest animals. These animals were not trapped in piles of feces, but ranged freely. The meat was carefully and skillfully skinned and butchered, with great care taken not to waste or contaminate the meat. The methods of cleaning a carcass prevented sh*t from getting all over it -so the risk of Salmonella was much reduced.

Modern methods of raising and butchering and cleaning meat are all geared toward speed and mass production-not clean or healthy meat. They depend heavily on disinfecting meat as part of their process rather then just preventing contamination.

For primitive peoples, our modern way of processing meat would be totally gross and deviant.

use a sharp object to peel as much off then heat the remaining glue with a hairdryer and scrape off. There are solvents which dissolve glue but it might damage the game.
