What do you have to do to go Duck hunting at mosquito lagoon (aka merrit Island wildlife preserve)?
Licenses, duck stamps, etc? Does a 12 yo need them too? You don’t need a Federal Waterfowl stamp until you turn 16. I don’t know about the other things. It would depend upon state law.
